Regardless of your age, occupation, background or education, we all need to EAT!
In this workshop we will discuss our body's basic nutritional needs and how they change as we grow older, keeping in mind that there is no "one size fits all" diet or nutrition plan for everyone.
Bio-Individuality means that each one of us requires something different and we will explore a variety of dietary theories as well as talk about supplements, eating locally and Super Foods.
The workshop will begin with a yoga practice suitable for all levels, Nutrition 101 lecture complete with handouts and finish with a brief meditation.
