Veterans Yoga Project
Kristine RinglerKristine’s yogic journey is one of healing and mindful exploration through practice. She strives to create an open-inviting space to allow others to have their own authentic experience Kristine began her yogic practice as a path to healing her experiences as a deployed soldier overseas. Friends led her to yoga for emotional peace and physical well-being. Throughout her travels overseas she practiced yoga on the go and once landing in the Hudson River Valley, she became a teacher in 2013.
She found her two worlds combined in the Veterans Yoga Project. A non-profit serving veterans and families through mindful resilience tools. She is student of classical yoga, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi and brings these methods together to help us connect to our mind and body. She has led discussions and workshops on the benefits of yoga at the Sedona and May Fest Yoga Festivals. Kristine holds a Masters in Public Policy and Bachelors in Communications. |
