In our practice, we are often in such a hurry to move from posture to posture, that we don't do what nourishes our soul and lose sight of what our body is trying to tell us. We will consider throughout this class how our practice can be a reflection of our everyday life. Sometimes we go through the motions without thought, losing sight of our body's sensations, breath and core. Slow down and take time to grow from the inside out!
