Pati has been working in the school district in Minnesota for over 15 years. She began practicing Yoga a few years ago to help bring flexibility into her body which was tight from the Marathons and Track Coaching she had been participating in. Then, while coordinating a Family Literacy Program for a school district, she decided to take a Yoga Calm Class through St. Thomas. This was the beginning of her realization that Yoga was not just going to stretch her body but it would begin to stretch her entire body, mind and soul. Since that first training, Pati has become a certified yoga calm instructor, completed her 200 and 340 hour Yoga Teacher Training, Studied Pre-Natal Yoga, Became a Reiki Master, Studied Thai Yoga Bodywork both in Minnesota and Thailand, Received an Ayuvedic Certification, Explored India two times, and is currently studying Yoga Therapy.
