Luke is a Registered Dietitian and Performance Nutritionist with EXOS at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to joining EXOS in 2014, Luke operated a successful private nutrition practice in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada for four years where he specialized in sports nutrition, weight management and general wellness. He has written articles for various magazines and newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal, appeared on television and radio, and teamed up with other health professionals and organizations to develop and launch initiatives targeted at improving the health and well-being of the general population.
Since joining EXOS, Luke has successfully implemented the EXOS nutrition methodology into the patient-care continuum at Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine, providing support to both injured and healthy athletes and patients. Luke received degrees at Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, and Mount Saint Vincent University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
