Erin Jorich has been teaching various yoga classes throughout the Twin Cities since 2009. Her approach to the practice is smart and sustainable with a lot of attention to detail. She has studied with many teachers throughout the years, but attributes her yoga-nerdiness to her teacher Jason Crandell. When not on her mat or guiding a class, Erin enjoys watching soccer, training for triathlons, and eating donuts.

We'll get into the outer hips, thighs, lower back, and shoulders in preparation for postures like Gate, Compass, and Revolved Head to Knee Pose. You're sure to leave this practice feeling long and limber.
