Buti Yoga fuses tribal dance and yoga flow that comes from YOUR core. “The core” means your abs & the middle of your body. But, “the core” also means the center of your primal being! This dynamic movement & meditation practice will be set to LIVE beats from Vision 3 with Special Guests Yarrow on African Djembe drum & Marigold on xylophone. We will move to the drum beat and your own heartbeat. We will find spiraling movement, shake our asana in goddess poses, and honor every movement as sacred and meditative.
Vision 3 is live Pahoa street music marinated with latinfusion beats. Pahoa, Hawaii meets San Juan, Puerto Rico, via NE Minneapolis!
