AERIAL FITNESS
2014 & 2015
Beginners can build strength and confidence in a fun and challenging environment by exploring aerial silks (tissu). You will learn a basic climbing and foot lock on silks. Space is very limited for these classes, so arrive very early to save your spot.
Bring a bottle of water and maybe a towel. Clothing should cover the back. Leotards and unitards are awesome, or a long shirt that can be tucked in. Pants that cut off about the ankle are ideal. You'll be upside-down, and you want the back of your knee to stay covered. For the most part, yoga clothes work really well. No Jeans, no belts, no metal on the silks please. Long hair? Bring a hair binder.
